Hi Bernhard ,

You are the first German in our forum. How did you find out us. I have visited your site and seen your impressive kites.
We are the only kite club in Turkey with more than 800 members (only 15-20 active members). We regulary try to fly out kites at weekends in Istanbul. Yesterday we flied again . You can see the pictures at Festivals section.
Kiting is very popular here but we all know our traditional hexagon kites. We found the club 4-5 years ago and now many people is building different typee of kites.
pls keep in contact with us. We have many questions to ask to a kite master like you.

Bernhard Alman bir forumda, Avusturyalı uçurtmacı Gerhard'dan sitemizi öğrenmiş ve gelmiş. İmzasındaki bağlantıya tıklayarak sitesine bakabilirsiniz. Almanca bilmesek te soldaki başlıklara tıklayarak resimlerden çok şey görebiliyoruz. Kendisinden online uçurtma bölümünde bir uçurtma göstermesini istedim. Belki zaman ayırır.

yes, I saw that ! But do you want me to post a plan of such a kite ?

Sorry, I would do that, if it would be possible !

But there are no plans in the internet. My kites are my own construction and design, and I have only the drawings in original size and they are allways gigantic !

Hey, this is what I want to do. A very big soft kite. But My favorite is Peter Lynn's Gecko.
